  Do not use these amateurs - I rented a place from Goodyer and their service was terrible and actually caused problems to the landlord's property despite being a good tenant, paying all of my bills and keeping the property in great condition ( our full bond was returned at the end of our agreement...)
  The issues included:
  
  - Not cleaning the property at all before I moved in
  -Not replacing broken locks for a week leaving the place open to theft
  - forgetting to do repairs that meant the property was ruined by a water leak
  - they also took 6 weeks to return our bond despite there being no issues
  
  The worst thing though is that during a storm a tree fell on a gutter and smashed it. Despite us giving them numerous recommendations to repair this they didn't after 7 weeks and it caused long term damage to the property.
  
  Look somewhere else. These guys are terrible
