  I never posted anything, but today I have to report this shop very bad , I got a dress here 350$ but same one online store is 149$ with all size you can order, very different. I never see store and online big difference like it. So before you buy it check online store first and return policy very bad

  My friend and I visited your store in QVB and we were so impressed with the professionalism of Lora. She knew her product so well, understood body shapes and helped us get the best dresses that would suit us perfectly. The level of service was fantastic. Not often seen today, so thank you!!! I would highly recommend this designer and to visit Lora as she’ll look after you like a Queen!

  It was lovely to see the Leona Shop at the QVB up and running so smoothly at this end of the pandemic. The manager, Laura, was extremely helpful and attentive during my visit and even spoiled me with a cup of tea. After what feels like a bit of a slump, the stock looked absolutely fabulous and I was spoiled for choice. There were too many beautiful things. I can't wait for my next visit.

  I have bought Leona dresses for a long time but usually in store when they sold them awhile ago in Myer and when Myer no longer sold them I resorted to online. It was one time 2 years ago I went to high tea at QVB and then I realised they had a freestanding store I never knew. Since then I have been purchasing in-store as the service I have experienced is 20/10, absolutely exceptional.
  
  Laura the store manager is always professional, friendly and experienced in providing her honest opinion on style suitably. Her team including Scarlett is always friendly and professional, what a fab team!
  
  Not only is the in store experience bar none , Leona’s dresses are stylish and the quality of the fabrics are of high quality. Leona is definitely one of my favourite designers without a doubt.

  Used to wear this brand exclusively for work, would walk into the store a drop a couple of grand every season... then boom all the Victorian stores closed and you can only buy online. Then all the prices jacked up, which is ok, but not when you can’t try on! These dresses either look great on you or they don’t... With such a terrible returns policy, I’m not willing to buy anything just so I can try it on at home and then return it for only a credit.... and lose shipping costs as well. You’ve lost a loyal customer of 10 years.

  I'm a small business owner that provides a service to many stores in and around the Sydney CBD. I was asked to provide ongoing weekly services to Leona Edmiston store in QVB. I received a call from head office after a number of weeks asking who authorized the work. When I provided the name they said that person had left due to personal reasons which was a shame as they were a great employee and they would deem to sort it out, but requested to stop my service. It has been more then 2 months since I invoiced them and they have viewed all invoices I have sent but no response even after multiple phone calls.
  
  So CONTRACTORS BEWARE think twice before accepting work from them.
